[Case Study] Automatic Food Packaging with RG6 Gripper

A solution that allows for easy adjustment of the grip arm! It has removed physical strain from employees.

In the Plus Pack, we are continuously developing new products with consideration for the environment, prioritizing not only the green revolution but also the working conditions of our more than 200 employees. The working environment, in particular, is one reason we focus on automation. Manual labor requires lifting heavy items repeatedly, which puts a significant strain on the shoulders. The implementation of OnRobot's End-of-Arm tools was quick and without issues, according to the project manager. By adjusting four screws, we can change the fingertips of the gripping arm to fit each individual product precisely. If we choose to build separate tools for each product, the costs will be significantly higher than this solution, which allows for easy adjustments to the gripping arm. After conducting several tests in the lab, programming was completed in a few days.
